PALAK MAKAI

Dear Friends,

Today i am going to tell you how to prepare PALAK MAKAI ...


Ingredients:

  1. 1 kg spinach(palak)
  2. 15 ml oil
  3. 3 gm red chilli powder
  4. 10 gm garlic
  5. 2 gm aniseed
  6. 75 gm grain corn 
  7. 35 gm white butter
  8. 10 gm gram flour
  9. 3 gm hot spice powder
  10. salt to taste

For garnishing:

  1. white butter

Preparation:

  1. take oil in a kadhai add aniseed and saute
  2. then add garlic and saute
  3. then add gram flour and cook it well
  4. now add spinach(palak) and let it cook till its raw flavour is gone
  5. adjust seasoning and add grain corn
  6. garnish it with a little amount of white butter

your palak makai is ready in just 6 steps!!!!...
